Our office files insurance with several plans as participating providers.  When you call our office please state your specific plan.  If we are not participating with your particular insurance plan chances are we will still be able to file the services, as non-participating providers.

While we file your insurance as a courtesy, we cannot guarantee what benefits will pay, so we encourage you to contact your insurance company for your benefit information.
